Sour polvilho: versatile consumption

Sour polvilho, although resembling sweet polvilho, presents distinct characteristics because it is fermented. It is used in the preparation of cheese bread and polvilho biscuits, but it can also be incorporated into a mix of gluten-free flours to replace wheat flour.
