Versatile delight

Sweet polvilho (a fine-grained cassava starch) can be used in various recipes, such as biscuits, gluten-free breads, cheese bread and tapioca (with a cost advantage well below ready-made tapioca gum). It also allows you to work with colored tapioca, moistening the gum with natural juices (carrots, etc).

 

Benefits

Tapioca is rich in starch and is also a source of carbohydrate. It does not contain gluten, with the advantage of being apt for consumption by coeliacs (people with intolerance to gluten).
